Our story.
ALLURE began with a simple idea: to create the kind of place we’re always searching for ourselves.
We’re Tim and Ruben—best friends for more than 20 years—and we’ve always shared a love of thoughtful design, beautiful spaces, and the desire to get away from the noise for a while. We knew that if we were going to create a place like ALLURE, the setting had to be just as special as the home itself. We searched for a property with an incredible view and a true sense of seclusion—and when we found this little piece of land tucked into the hills of Tennessee, we knew it was the one.
We wanted ALLURE to be a place where you could slow down, reconnect with nature, and truly reset—without giving up the comforts that make time away feel truly restorative. Because as much as we love being surrounded by trees, we also love an incredibly comfortable bed, great linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and those thoughtful little amenities that make you feel completely taken care of. Being immersed in nature shouldn’t have to mean roughing it.
Together, we designed ALLURE from the ground up to bring those two worlds together. From the oversized windows and stargazing loft to the quiet outdoor spaces and details throughout the home, nearly every choice was made with one question in mind: How do we want someone to feel while they’re here?
The answer was simple: relaxed, inspired, connected—and maybe a little reluctant to leave.
